How close to my wedding day can I book?
I do suggest booking as soon as possible to ensure a spot in my schedule for your date. Minimum notice for booking-
May-October you can book up to 14 calendar days. November-April you can book up to 7 calendar days (given there is availability open).
Can you squeeze me in if its past the minimum notice for booking?
It never hurts to ask! You can use the contact form to reach out via email. A late fee of $50 will apply to any bouquet I accept the day of wedding and up to 2-3 days after the wedding.
When is the final payment due?
At the time of drop off please! Any additional add ons can be paid when picking up.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
Cash/Check/Venmo/PayPal or I can send you an invoice via email if your needing to use a credit card. For all Venmo, PayPal or invoice (card) payments, a 3% processing fee will be added to your total. As a small business owner I cannot cover the cost of all the fees associated with paying online. I appreciate your understanding.
Why does the process take so long?
I use a traditional press to press all the flowers. I now keep all flowers in the press for a full 8 weeks to ensure they are rid of all moisture.
What happens after I drop off my bouquet?
A lot of time, patience and love goes into your flowers after you drop them off to me. I carefully get them into to press which typically requires 3-4 hours of work. I then "babysit" the flowers for the first week or two, changing the paper and layers every day or other day to ensure great quality. Once they are dry to the touch they will sit in the press until the 8 week mark (or until I am ready to work with them). :)
Will you do a mock up first?
Yes absolutely! I will also reach out to you around the 8 week mark with options for the styling of your flowers and the color frame you would like.
